As part of urban transformation, we entered into an agreement for the construction of 11 blocks comprising 130 residences. Our location in Bostancı, right on the coast road and seafront, was incredibly valuable. In my role as the representative of the property owners and as an engineer, I was deeply involved in the legal proceedings, contracts, specifications, and the entire construction process. Despite facing various economic crises in the country and the prolonged period of the COVID-19 pandemic, they completed our construction on time and, moreover, to very high standards. Now, we live comfortably and happily in our beautiful homes. If I were to undertake another construction project, I would entrust it to them without hesitation. Hasan Bursalıoğlu, the Partner and Project Manager (Civil Engineer) of the company, has invested significant efforts and demonstrated outstanding success in both technical and administrative aspects, as well as on a humane level in this project.
